Rochelle James is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resource in the international category. While serving as a member of the Industrial Relations Subcommittee of Jamaica’s Labour Market Reform Commission she focused on providing value added solutions to Jamaica’s labour market challenges.

In 2012, she wrote my first book titled “Climate Change Adaptation: Addressing Socio-Economic Challenges” and later in May 2019 she authored my second book entitled "The BESTFIT - Performance Based, Behavioural and Cognitive Interview Tools”.

Rochelle was named Jamaica’s Youth Ambassador to the United Nations from 2014-2017 and was later awarded the Prime Minister’s Youth Award for Excellence in 2017.

Mrs. James holds a Bachelors’ in Public Sector Management, a Masters in Economic and Social Development, and a Graduate Certificate in Peace and Conflict Management.
