Born in Miami to Bahamian parents Simmone was raised and has worked in The Bahamas all her life. Her MSc degree in Human Resource Development and a background in education and hospitality. She has added coaching to her training and speaking repertoire because she loves how it challenges people to reflect, redirect, and change their mindset and actions.

Simmone is a seasoned, certified speaker, corporate trainer, personal development coach, transition strategist & consultant, men’s empowerment advocate, educator, mentor, newspaper columnist and radio & television host. She was named as a Caribbean Women to Watch in honour of Women’s History Month 2016. She has authored 7 books including Help! I Need a Job, By Design: Principles for Choosing a Career, The Real Deal: Real World Lessons for High School Graduates, and her 2019 release, her memoir entitled No More Tears.
